HR Strategy


We undertake change management with the end goal of rolling out transformation projects:

- designing new working organization
- fusions/acquisitions
- internal re-structuring
- process optimisation
- crisis management and conflict resolution

We propose an approach aimed at supporting  companies in:
- defining their key objective
- carrying out an audit of the organisation and  existing interactions
- processing the organisation (i.e.: implementing and establishing organizational processes), through :
identification of resources, obstacles,  and key areas for individual and collective skills development.
- mobilisation of executive teams and managers around the challenges of the Project or the resolution of the problem.

- drawing up a plan of actions to be taken
- designing the target HR organization and providing HR teams with training on the changes and new challenges.
